We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will be responsible for the item that may have been damaged during shipping or wrong item shipped out.

 

  • To qualify for a Beauglow credit for any damaged items, please contact customer service (beauglowbeauty@gmail.com) within three (3) business days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect. No refunds will be provided, store credit only.

 

 

DAMAGED ITEM

 

How to open a claim for damaged item:

Email us at beauglowbeauty@gmail.com and provide the following information:

 

  • A clear photo of the damaged products laid out on a flat surface.
  • Clearly describe the damage that has occurred to each item and the name of the product. Claims without accompanying documentation will not be accepted.
  • A clear photo of the invoice/packing slip.
  • If proper documentation is provided then you will be provided with a Beauglow to use at the time of your next order.

 

 

WRONG ITEM

 

How to open a claim for wrong item:

Email us at beauglowbeauty@gmail.com and provide the following information:

 

  • A clear photo of each wrong item(s) laid out on a flat surface.
  • A list of the items you DID NOT receive. Claims without accompanying documentation will not be accepted.
  • A clear photo of your invoice/packing slip. 
  • If proper documentation is provided then you will be provided with a Beauglow credit to use at the time of your next order.

 

Items Not Eligible for Store Credit:

 

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Claims on items that have been worn.
  • Claims on items made after 3 days of delivery date.
  • Claims on product packaging. Beauglow only responsible for direct damage to the product and not the product's packaging. 

 

 

Beauglow will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their credit refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.

 

You will receive a pro-rated refund (if order has applied promotion code) to your bank account (within 7 working days). Refund is based on customer actual paid - final payment to refund, voucher cannot change into cash term.
